It gives us great pleasure to invite you to our 41st Annual State Conference, which will be held at Omni Las Colinas in Irving, TX, from February 18 to 22, 2026. The conference theme is Empowering Excellence.

The TABSE State Conference will welcome educators from pre- kindergarten through post-graduate levels, along with parents and education supporters from all parts of the state of Texas. Educators will convene to attend workshops and training meetings designed to provide techniques successful in educating the students, which our schools service. As a vendor, conference participants will have contact and exposure with your representative and product, allowing you to promote and attract business from 500 to 700 conference attendees.

The vendor registration fee is $700.

We encourage businesses to register early to ensure a vendor location as spots tend to sell quickly.
This year we are limiting the quantity of the following types of vendors, so please apply soon if your business is classified as one of these: Clothing and Apparel, Jewelry, and Greek Paraphernalia.
