RATES AND PARKING

Room Rate: $199/night plus tax Check-in: 3 PM, Checkout: 12 PM

The cut-off date for accepting reservations into the Room Block is Tuesday, January 30, 2026, at 5 PM

Parking

• Overnight valet parking is $25 per day plus tax with in/out privileges, and day valet
  parking is $16 per vehicle plus tax.
• Overnight self-parking is $18 plus tax, and day self-parking is $10 per vehicle.
• Oversized vehicles will be valet only for $33 per day plus tax. A vehicle clearance
  of 6’5 and over is considered oversized.
• Bus Parking: Based on availability, and must be confirmed 30 days in advance
  with CSM. $150.00 + tax.
• In/Out Privileges do not apply for self-parking day guests.
  

*Only registered conference attendees are eligible for discounted hotel rates. The hotel reserves the right to verify conference attendance and reverse the attendee discount back to the market rate if conference registration is not confirmed.
