In addition, TABSE seeks to establish a coalition of educators directly involved in the educational process of African-American students and create a forum for the exchange of ideas and strategies to improve opportunities for people of African descent.
More than 700 educators from across the state of Texas gather annually for the TABSE State Conference to attend professional development sessions and educational workshops.
Educational leaders from throughout the state are planning the 2018 Joint State Conference which will be held in Houston, TX at the Hyatt Regency Hotel, February 22-25, 2018. This year’s conference theme is Educate, Engage u0026amp;amp; Empower…The Time is Now.
