Dr. Thomas Randle Named Region 4 Superintendent of the Year

​Lamar Consolidated ISD Superintendent Dr. Thomas Randle is the 2017 Region 4 Superintendent of the Year. The Region 4 Education Service Center (Region 4) serves a seven-county area composed of 49 public school districts and 38 open-enrollment charter schools, representing more than 1.2 million students, 95,000 educators and 1,500 campuses.

Cornelius Anderson named new principal of Wesley Elementary School

​Cornelius Anderson has been selected as the new principal of Wesley Elementary School. Anderson has been an educator for 16 years and has served in various roles, from paraprofessional to principal. He began his career in Garland ISD as a special education paraprofessional and dyslexia facilitator before joining Denton ISD as a kindergarten teacher, dean of instruction, and assistant principal.
